Wash all affected areas with manuka soap, pat dry and apply either 25% Manuka oil or Manuka honey UMF cream, leave overnight before washing with Manuka soap and applying the oil or cream again

The cream and oil should be used alternately one at night the other in the morning, which ever is most convenient.

If the skin becomes sensitive to the 25% Manuka oil, stop applying the oil and continue with the Manuka honey cream both night and morning.

Continue treatment for 2-3 weeks or until the condition is relieved
